Personal Manifesto

I am a seeker- a teacher -a vehicle –a channel of the good, the true and the beautiful. I am a channel a vessel of spirit, of the soul , of God. I believe- we all are. I am a philosopher, a poet, a dreamer, an idealist- a spiritual student -lover of life- lover of all manifestations of life - my passion is raising consciousness and furthering life.
 
The last 20 years I have been feeding my logical, analytical, ego driven, power dominated, fear and guilt ridden mind. Following an Engineering degree, MBA studies, information technology and business experience the past 17 years, my body and mind have been consumed by the beauty, depth and gratification I absorbed form this vast, fast track path I was on. Traveling all over the world - living at the forefront of innovation – experiencing progressive productive effective business practices- and being a part of the information technology revolution infused me with both passion and respect for the business community.
 
Respect for the business community for it’s ability to take any idea, any dream, any possibility, anywhere, at any time and transform it into the physical realm- not only transform that idea, but also spread and mega scale that new product/process/service all over the world. That capacity is very inspiring, very powerful and very important for our evolution as humans. The power business has created is in it’s innovation, creativity, ability to be agile and grow and adopt is enormous- I believe. It takes great deal of wisdom, intention and collaboration to manifest the way the businesses around the world do. It takes a tremendous amount of focus, commitment and visionary practices to invent create and enable our society the way businesses do. Build stronger more efficient structures, bridges, building, airplanes, and networks to keep us warm, fed, and connected, build infrastructures, mobilize us from anywhere, anytime, to anyplace. And now with the information economy, the internet, the virtual networks and communities creates anywhere - This is profound.
 
Business success and drive the last few years took me through a deep transformation that was painfully blissful and undeniably meaningful. A subtle and deep voice kept emerging to the surface. A deep and conscious voice wanted to be heard. This time I was not 13, I was 36 and this time the voice could not manifest itself through my mind or any of my mental analytical processes but wanted to be heard through … my …. heart. It’s only language was the language of the heart- the language of love, the language of the joy ,the language of the creativity, the connection, the dance, the poetry, the music , the human connection all reflected a deep yearning for that connection with the divine. This was the language- this was the medium, this was the message. And I have followed that calling and immersed myself in consciousness studies, shamanism, trans-dance, Yoga, writing, , circles and full moon rituals, psychic channeling and deep connection with like minded spirits that opened me up to a deep profound , grounded connection with all that is. A deep sense of joy emerged , clarity and a deep sense of knowing that I have never felt before.
 
This invitation is for you, for your life.
 
The next few years are opening their gates for us to manifest an existence that is much greater than we could have ever imagined. We are called to bring all the worlds together [the mechanical, the physical, the scientific, the technological] with the [colorful, spiritual , poetic, inspiring, magnificent heartfelt, soulful, humane] – all of it together. We are called to bring back our humane, our soul-our essence to the surface, our values The Good- The True -The Beautiful. (as Ken Wilber puts it)
 
One of the ways that I know how to bring two worlds together is to become that bridge, to become that bridge that connects the two most powerful forces on earth- the spiritual, the soul, the essence with creative, innovative, manifesting force of business. Spirit without physical manifestation is only a dream and physical manifestation with no soul is cold, empty and lifeless. They belong together, they complement, they nurture and feed off one another. My desire is to harness that tremendous power of business to transform and manifest to shift our consciousness as human being.
 
Consciousness is the awareness of the presence and interconnected of all universal systems: mind, body, spirit in individuals, business, society, environment and the world.
 
Conscious Business allows individuals and systems to thrive by nurturing a new paradigm, principles and set of practices to emerge ones that

• Seek to be conscious of its overall impact on the world and continues this inquiry over time.
• Is concerned with its impact on humanities inner and outer world as well as environmental well-being.
• Considers both short-term and long-term effects of its actions or inactions.
• Evolves to be of benefit to the world and to function with awareness.
• Is socially responsible, and adopts Corporate Socially responsible programs and Multiple Bottom Line Model – People, Planet, Profit

This is why I founded the Conscious Business Center (CBC) to be the catalyst, enabler and a partner for such conversations and possibilities to emerge in individuals, businesses and the world.
